About the Role

We're looking for a Post Production Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, on-brand video that builds awareness, drives engagement, and moves people to act. Working alongside our videographer and marketing team, you'll craft everything from fast-paced social reels to polished YouTube videos and TV commercials — using editing, pacing, audio, graphics, and motion to bring stories to life.

If you obsess over the first three seconds of a video, sweat the details on audio and color, and can hit a deadline without cutting corners, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Edit short- and long-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, website content, paid ads, and TV commercials.

Transform professionally shot footage into polished content that matches campaign goals, audience, and platform.
Hold the line on brand standards — tone, color, typography, transitions, graphics, and overall style.
Engineer clean audio: remove background noise, balance levels, sharpen voice clarity, layer in music and sound effects, and mix to a professional finish.

Add motion graphics, captions, subtitles, animations, lower thirds, and other elements that keep viewers watching.
Color correct and color grade for a consistent, professional look.

Partner with marketing to understand campaign objectives before you start cutting.
Keep project files organized, manage version control, and archive completed work.
Deliver final exports optimized to each platform's specs.


What We're Looking For

* Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Motion graphics experience in Adobe After Effects or equivalent.
* A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
* Working knowledge of platform best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Experience editing both organic social content and paid advertising.
* The judgment to take creative direction and make strong editorial calls on your own.
* Sharp time management and organization — you can juggle multiple projects and turn work around fast.
* Relentless attention to detail across video, graphics, and audio.

What Success Looks Like

Short-form content (Reels, Shorts, social clips) delivered within ~24 hours of approved footage; long-form (YouTube, commercials, educational) within ~48 hours.

Videos hook viewers in the first few seconds and hold their attention.

Audio is clean, balanced, and broadcast-ready every time.

Your editing strengthens the Above & Beyond brand and the marketing calendar stays on schedule — without sacrificing quality.
