Position Title: 3D Designer (Architecture & Interior – Remote, Philippines-Based)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer based in the Philippines to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of interior spaces, buildings, and architectural visualisations. You will work closely with our development and project teams to bring concepts to life across commercial, educational, and residential environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create detailed 3D renderings and walkthroughs of rooms, buildings, and outdoor structures based on provided design briefs.
2. Develop interior layouts, furniture placements, and material textures that align with the client’s vision.
3. Interpret architectural drawings and floorplans to produce high-quality models.
4. Collaborate remotely with design and branding teams to refine and iterate on concepts.
5. Optimise models for various presentation mediums – web, print, pitch decks, or investor packs.
6. Ensure consistency with existing brand and spatial guidelines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in 3D design, ideally in interior and architectural visualisation.
• Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, lighting, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to take creative direction.
• Good communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
• Experience with virtual staging or interactive walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of building compliance or construction drawings.
