### Requirements:

- **Experience**: A portfolio demonstrating strong freehand drawing and digital painting skills.
- **Skills**: Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in digital illustration software (e.g., Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, etc.).
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to clarify project details and incorporate client feedback.
- **Reliability**: Excellent time-management and organizational skills to ensure consistent delivery within deadlines.

### Preferred Qualifications:

- A good understanding of human and animal anatomy, with the ability to illustrate nuanced expressions and unique features.
- Background in commissioned artwork, especially custom portraits based on client photos.
