"Podcast / SMM Content Creator

Tasks:
- Edit raw videos into Podcasts complete with intro/outro/music/thumbnails to be posted on YouTube, FB/IG/Tktok and Podcast platforms to be determined
- Social Media Management, Content creation and posting, Engagement
- Create social media content from the podcast and turn them into reels, posts, stories, shorts etc.
- CRM Administration and Client Follow up (using FUB (Follow Up Boss)
- Other Admin or Adhoc (like website maintenance)"

"Tools:
- FB/IG/Tiktok/YouTube
- Podcast editing tools of VA's choice / Any video editing tool
- Follow Up Boss (or any CRM used for Realtors)
- Any website maker

"A Requirement:
- US ET PT 20 hours a week
- Has worked with a Realtor / Real Estate company or agent
- Required: Can do Podcast Editing including intro/outro/thumbnail
- Can create reels/posts/content out of Podcast episodes.
- Has worked with any CRM for real estate and has done followups for real estate.
- Somebody that has genuine concern for the business
- Somebody that can create strategies for social media
- 4-8 years exp"
