Podcast & Video Production Assistant (Virtual Assistant)

We are a growing video production and content agency looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant who understands the fundamentals of video production, social media management, and organized workflows. You will work directly alongside our current team to streamline backend operations, manage content pipelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients.

This role will start as part-time work with the explicit goal and expectation of growing into a full-time position as you integrate into our workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Editing full-length podcast episodes, including cutting dead air, filler words, and mistakes, and mixing in intros, outros, sponsor reads, and background tracks.
Editing short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts) according to internal style guides.
Designing eye-catching, high-click-through thumbnails using Canva.
Drafting compelling, SEO-optimized captions, titles, and hooks tailored to different platforms.
