Podcast & Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled Podcast & Video Editor to manage and optimize our audio and video content. This role is responsible for editing and scheduling our podcast, repurposing video content for social media, and supporting our online course platform with A/V editing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and proficient with various A/V tools and AI-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Management: Edit and schedule our podcast recorded in Riverside and hosted on Acast. Ensure high-quality audio and video production.

YouTube Management: Upload edited video podcast episodes to YouTube with provided show notes.

Content Repurposing: Use AI tools to create YouTube Shorts from full-length podcasts.

Paid Ad Collaboration: Work with the ads team to share YouTube Shorts links for paid promotion.

Promotional Video Creation: Produce engaging promotional videos for launching online courses and memberships.

A/V Troubleshooting & Editing: Use iMovie or similar software to edit videos, resolve audio/video issues, and sync A/V for our courses.

Additional Editing Support: Assist course creators with A/V editing needs as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with Acast, Riverside, YouTube, and iMovie (or similar editing software).

Strong understanding of video editing, audio editing, and A/V synchronization.

Familiarity with AI tools for content repurposing.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical A/V issues.

Experience with online course platforms (e.g., Kajabi) is a plus.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Experience:
Background in podcast production, video editing, or digital content creation.

Experience working with marketing teams on promotional content.

Understanding of social media video trends and engagement strategies.
