About the Podcast
Between Worlds with Jack Sorin is a thoughtful, story-driven podcast for culturally homeless overthinkers trying to stay sane, human, and hopeful in a loud, tribal, tech-warped world.
Each episode offers a clear map, a humane insight, and one practical move listeners can use that week. The tone is intelligent, warm, slightly wry, and grounded. It is not rage, not recruiting, and not self-help fluff.
We are building a serious long-ter ---------- dia brand, and we want tea ---------- mbers who care about quality, consistency, and helping the right listeners feel less alone and more able to act.

Summary
We are looking for a creative, reliable Podcast Graphic Designer to help develop and maintain the visual identity of a thoughtful, high-quality podcast brand.
The podcast will need professional cover art, social media graphics, banners, thumbnails, episode artwork, quote cards, carousel designs, reel covers, and other promotional assets.
The right person will understand that podcast artwork is often the first thing a potential listener sees. We want designs that are clean, original, professional, visually strong, and aligned with the tone of the show. The style should feel intelligent, modern, memorable, and brand-consistent, not generic or template-heavy.
This is a design-focused role. Social media strategy, captions, scheduling, audio editing, and video editing will be handled separately.
You will work with a Podcast Operations Manager, who will coordinate files, deadlines, approvals, checklists, and team communication.

Role Details
The designer will help create the core visual identity for the podcast and then support ongoing monthly design needs.
Initial work may include podcast cover art, logo or title treatment, platform-ready images, banner images, social media kit, and reusable templates.
Ongoing work may include episode graphics, quote cards, carousels, YouTube thumbnails, social media headers, reel covers, and promotional images.

Responsibilities
Design professional podcast cover art
Create podcast artwork that meets platform specifications for Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and other major platforms
Produce high-resolution cover artwork, including 3000 x 3000 px versions when required
Create 2–3 strong design concepts for major brand pieces when needed
Provide final files in the required formats, such as PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, PDF, or Canva links
Provide source files for approved designs
Create social media kit assets, including banners, headers, profile images, and promotional graphics
Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, and other platforms as needed
Create both final design assets and reusable templates for podcast thumbnails, episode graphics, quote cards, carousel posts, YouTube thumbnails, reel/shorts covers, and audiogram/short-form clip layouts.
Create simple 3D mockups or presentation mockups when useful
Maintain visual consistency across all podcast assets
Help develop or maintain a simple brand guide, including fonts, colors, layout rules, and image style
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Podcast Operations Producer.
Deliver work on time and communicate clearly about progress, revisions, and file needs
NOTE: All images, fonts, music, templates, stock assets, and design elements must be licensed for commercial use or approved by the client.
All final files must be delivered in clearly named folders using the agreed file naming system.
