About us
We're a US business-education company launching done-for-you podcasts for local business owners. The client just records a conversation and uploads it; you produce the entire show. This is a long-term role with real room to grow into a full-time lead producer as we scale.

What you'll do

Edit raw guest-interview recordings into clean, natural episodes (10–15 minutes), with intro, outro, and music.
Use AI tools (Captivate Studio + Assistant, Cleanvoice) to clean audio, transcribe, and draft show notes — then verify everything by hand.
Create cover art, set up the podcast feed, and publish to Spotify and Apple.
Manage your episode queue across several shows at once and keep every one on schedule.
Produce up to 10 episodes per client per month and keep our quality bar high.
You must have

Real podcast audio editing experience (please link samples).
Comfort with AI tools plus the discipline to double-check their output. You never publish a guest's name or a link without verifying it.
Able to juggle volume across multiple shows without missing a turnaround. (The GoHighLevel build is handled by a separate contractor, so you focus on production.)
Strong written English for show notes.
Reliable internet, your own computer, and a track record of hitting deadlines.
Nice to have

Experience running multiple shows or agency-style podcast production.
Short-form video/clip editing for social.
