Photography Assistant - Backoffice & Image Processing

I'm looking for a back-office photography assistant who can handle all incoming email / VOIP Phone inquiries in English language. Typical tasks include:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Updating Order Status
- simple photo editing in Lightroom & Photoshop
- File Organization
- Order Handling
- Client Communication in ENGLISH (GERMAN would be good)
- Customer support
