Photo & Video Editor with AI Experience (Project-Based Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Photo and Video Editor with a strong background in both traditional photo editing, advanced AI-driven image enhancement, and video editing (including short-form and long-form content). This is a project-based contract role designed to support our creative projects by transforming raw images and videos into polished, high-quality visuals. The ideal candidate is proficient in industry-standard photo and video editing software and experienced with AI tools that streamline and elevate the editing process. The role requires a high-spec computer to handle demanding editing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and retouch photographs to meet high-quality standards while maintaining the desired artistic vision.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and techniques for tasks such as background removal, image enhancement, and style transfer.
• Edit short-form videos (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) for social media and marketing purposes.
• Edit long-form videos for YouTube, presentations, and professional projects.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, photo/video editing trends, and content creation strategies to continuously improve workflow and output.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in professional photo and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing before-and-after examples.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based image and video editing tools.
• Expertise in CapCut for short video editing and professional software for long-form video projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color, composition, and overall image/video aesthetics.
• Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on a contract basis.
• Access to a high-performance computer capable of handling complex editing tasks.

• Familiarity with additional creative software (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.

Contract Details:
