Graphic Designer — Ads for Local Businesses
Hours: Must be available during North American business hours
Scope of work : Full time hours available
About the Role
We design eye-catching, conversion-focused ads for local businesses — the kind of work that helps a neighborhood restaurant fill tables, a gym sign up members. We're looking for a graphic designer who can turn a quick brief into polished, on-brand creative, fast.
You'll work directly with our team to produce social ads, display creative, videos, and promotional graphics. A Strong candidates move quickly without sacrificing quality, take feedback well, and have an eye for what actually makes people stop scrolling.
What You'll Do
Design ads and marketing creative for local business.
Take a brief and deliver clean, ready-to-publish assets on a deadline.
Collaborate with our team in real time during North American business hours
Iterate based on client and internal feedback
Use adobe suite/photoshop proficiently
Use AI design tools thoughtfully to speed up production while keeping quality high
What We're Looking For
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Comfort with Canva and similar quick-turn design platforms
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (image generation, layout assist, etc.)
A portfolio that shows range and a sharp sense of layout, typography, and color
Reliable availability during North American business hours
Self-directed, deadline-driven, and easy to give feedback to

Nice to Have
Experience designing for small or local businesses specifically
