About Us

Real Focused Media is a fast-growing real estate media company based in Washington State, USA. We provide professional real estate photography, drone photography, floor plans, 3D tours, video, virtual staging, virtual twilights, and marketing media for real estate agents.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Overnight Photo Editing & Production Coordinator to manage our nightly production workflow.

This is NOT an entry-level editing position.

You should already have experience with Photoshop and real estate media editing. We are looking for someone who can step in with minimal training and become an important part of our production team.

What You'll Do

Every evening, you'll manage our production pipeline from the ---------- nt photographers finish shooting until the media is ready for our morning Quality Control team.

Daily Workflow

Production Management

Review all orders inside Spiro Media
Read and follow all photographer notes
Verify every required file has been uploaded
Contact photographers through Slack if media is missing
Keep projects moving without supervision

Photo Editing

Upload image sets into AutoHDR
Review AutoHDR results for consistency and quality
Correct editing mistakes AutoHDR may miss, including:
Incorrect house numbers
Color inconsistencies

Photoshop

Remove photographers from mirrors and reflections
Remove camera gear from reflections
Remove unwanted objects when requested
Clean and declutter spaces
Complete advanced retouching as needed

Real Estate Enhancements

Add property boundary outlines
Add location pins to drone photography
Create Virtual Twilight images
Create Virtual Staging using Apply Design (or similar software)

Production Coordination

Submit video editing orders to our in-house editors using ----------
Transfer Dropbox links and production notes from Spiro into ----------
Verify all information is complete before assigning projects

Experience with all platforms is not required, but strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly are essential.

Schedule
Monday through Friday
9:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pacific Time

All nightly production must be completed before 2:00 AM PST so our morning Quality Control team can perform the final audit and deliver media to clients.

Compensation

Starting at $5.50 USD per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

There is room for increased hours, raises, and advancement for the right person.
