Photo Editor / Retoucher / Photo Culler

Hello there!

Hope you're having a great day so far! I'm looking for a photo editor / retoucher / photo culler that has worked in the wedding industry before. Someone that has also done retouching for portraits to remove blemishes, dodge and burn, etc. You must be proficient in Lightroom and Photoshop to apply for this role. I'm looking for someone that is willing to work with us long-term, for many years to come.

I'm in need of someone that can work efficiently on their own and deliver albums on time. You'll be responsible for culling wedding albums that range anywhere fromUpgrade to see actual infophotos per album to aroundUpgrade to see actual info. We also create GIFS which I can show you how to do in photoshop. Someone that is very detail oriented is required (example: editing away a bra strap that is sticking out or hiding the wrinkles on a dress). Must be great at communicating in english. Willing to put int the time and work to perfect images is key. Also, someone that learns once or twice, and doesn't keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

I'm looking for someone to do part-time (25 hours a week) from Jan - May and a full time (40 hours a week) transition from May - December every year. May - Dec is usually our busy wedding season.

I'm fairly easy going and understand that the beginning is always a learning process. So I want someone that is willing to listen and watch how I do things and potentially make it even better!
