Experienced Photo Editor for O?ahu Photography Brand

Paradise Parties HNL Photography is looking for a reliable remote photo editor with at least 2 years of photo editing experience. This role is for someone who can edit couples, family, maternity, engagement, and portrait sessions in a consistent, professional style.

I am looking for someone who can match a cinematic, natural, and slightly moody editing style. Photos should feel romantic, clean, and premium while still looking realistic. I do not want bright, overly saturated, orange, neon green, or over edited images.

Responsibilities:

Edit RAW photos in Lightroom
Match my reference editing style closely
Keep skin tones natural and consistent
Correct exposure, contrast, white balance, shadows, highlights, and greens
Keep full galleries consistent from image to image
Do light retouching when needed
Export high resolution edited images
Follow feedback carefully and make corrections when needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of photo editing experience
Strong Lightroom experience required
Experience editing couples, family, maternity, engagement, or wedding photos
Must show before and after examples
Must have a strong eye for skin tones and color consistency
Must communicate clearly and respond on time
Must be detail oriented and able to follow instructions
Must complete a paid test edit before being hired
