JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based video and social media agency hiring a long-term phone VA to run our outbound cold calling and handle inbound calls. This is a voice-first role. If your spoken English is not clear and confident, please do not apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Cold call US small businesses (real estate agents, restaurants, local services) from a script we provide, then book qualified prospects onto our calendar
- Answer inbound calls from leads and clients, qualify them, and route or schedule the call with the right person
- Log every call in our CRM with clean notes (caller, intent, outcome, next step)
- Send follow-up texts and short emails after calls using our templates
- Track daily dial counts, contact rate, and booked calls in a simple sheet

REQUIREMENTS
- Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral or light accent. We will ask you to record a short voice sample.
- 1+ year of phone work for a US or Western company (sales, support, appointment setting, or front desk)
- Comfortable making 60 to 100 outbound dials per day without losing energy
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Close, or similar)
- Reliable headset, quiet room, stable internet (10+ Mbps, wired preferred)
- Available during US Pacific business hours, Monday to Friday. This is non-negotiable for cold calling.
- Calm under rejection. Cold calling is mostly no, and we need someone who keeps dialing.

BONUS
- Past appointment setting or SDR experience
- Prior work for a marketing agency, video production company, or real estate office
- Comfortable handling soft objections without sounding scripted
- Basic CRM workflow setup (tags, pipelines, follow-up sequences)

SCHEDULE
Start at 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Pacific time). Scales to 40 hours per week within 60 days based on dial volume, booked calls, and call quality.

PAY
$6 per hour to start. $7 per hour after a 30-day review if dial counts, booking rate, and call quality are consistent. Performance bonus per qualified booked call after the first 30 days. Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.
