This is a phone-heavy customer support and sales position. Answering phone calls is a major part of the job, so we are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, and professional when speaking with U.S. customers.

We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, charismatic, and confident communicating with customers
Very comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with U.S. customers
Able to speak clear, professional English with a strong accent-neutral communication style
Comfortable handling both support inquiries and sales conversations
Experienced working U.S. graveyard/night shift hours
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Comfortable using AI tools daily to improve workflow and efficiency

IMPORTANT — Phone Requirement
Answering phones is a big part of this position.
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the workday, handling customer calls professionally, taking clear notes, answering questions, helping customers troubleshoot issues, and assisting with sales conversations.
Excellent spoken English is required. A clear, easy-to-understand accent is a must, since you will be speaking directly with U.S. customers by phone.
IMPORTANT — Schedule Requirement (Non-Flexible)
This is a 6-day workweek with Saturday as the only day off.
EST Schedule:
Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 2 PM (half day)
These hours correspond to evening/nighttime hours in the Philippines and are not flexible.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of graveyard/night shift experience supporting U.S. customers or companies
Strong spoken English with a clear, professional accent
Experience answering phone calls for U.S. customers
Stable internet connection
Quiet private workspace
Reliable electricity/power backup preferred
Applicants without U.S. timezone graveyard experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls professionally and confidently
Respond to customer inquiries via chat,
Help customers troubleshoot cellphone-related issues
Recommend products/services and assist in closing sales
Follow up with leads and maintain organized communication
Take clear notes and make sure customer issues are followed up on properly
Use AI tools to improve speed, clarity, and efficiency
Deliver professional, upbeat customer experiences consistently
Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English
Clear, easy-to-understand accent when speaking with U.S. customers
Strong customer service and sales skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone for a large part of the day
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Experience in cellphone stores, tech support, customer service, phone support, or sales preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation:
$675/month base pay
