Phone & Conversion Tracking Specialist (Go High Level, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

? About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Phone & Conversion Tracking Specialist to help set up, manage, and optimize phone number tracking and conversion attribution inside Go High Level (Leadlove), Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and offline sources for our clients.
Your job is to make sure every call, lead, and sale is tracked correctly, allowing our clients to know exactly which marketing channels make them the most profit.


? Duties & Responsibilities:
>Setup and manage phone numbers inside Go High Level.
>Assign unique tracking numbers for:
Each paid ad source (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Each ad variation
Organic sources (Website, GMB, Listings, Yelp, etc.)
Offline sources
Integrate phone numbers properly into:
Website, landing pages, ads, and online listings
Setup and connect:
Google Tag Manager
Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Facebook Conversion API
Leadlove CRM system
Create a simple and accurate opportunity pipeline with stages:
New Lead
Scheduled Estimate
Completed Estimate
Scheduled Job
Completed Job
Won / Lost
Prepare clear and easy-to-read weekly reports.


>Calculate:
Cost Per Sale (CPS)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Lifetime Value (LTV) of Clients
>Automate:
Follow-ups
No-Show Sequences
Completed Jobs ? Review & Referral Automation

>Guide and train clients:
How to properly use the opportunity pipeline
How to mark jobs as WON
How to enter LTV properly

? Qualifications:
Experience with Go High Level CRM (must)
Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup
Familiar with call tracking setup
Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager
Experience building pipelines and automation inside GHL
Strong attention to detail & accurate reporting
Can explain complex tracking systems to clients simply
