Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with specific experience using PestPac software

The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient scheduling and data management within the PestPac system.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) Virtual Assistant with hands-on PestPac experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily customer service operations for a pest control company by handling inbound and outbound communications, scheduling services, updating customer records, and managing tasks inside PestPac.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally in English, and has prior experience working with pest control companies using PestPac software.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and text messages professionally
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm pest control appointments using PestPac
Handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests
Create and update customer accounts accurately in PestPac
Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and service satisfaction
Process payments and update account notes when necessary
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure timely responses
Assist with administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations
Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements
Previous experience working for a pest control company
Strong hands-on experience using PestPac is REQUIRED
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling phone calls and customer interactions daily
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or CSR work is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with outbound follow-ups or sales support
Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP phone systems
Experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant or CSR
