JOB OVERVIEW

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time)
Compensation: $8/hour + PTO, Paid Holidays, and 13th Month Pay

We are a California personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling litigation tasks with minimal supervision. This is a dedicated full-time position. Applicants must be fully available during scheduled California business hours and may not maintain conflicting full-time employment or active concurrent roles during those hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage California personal injury litigation files from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and other litigation documents
- File and serve litigation documents through California e-filing platforms and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
- Assist with discovery responses and document organization
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, IMEs, and court appearances
- Maintain litigation calendars and monitor deadlines
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, experts, and opposing counsel
- Organize and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and document management
- Prepare settlement documents and assist with lien reduction follow-up
- Maintain accurate and organized case files in Filevine
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- 3+ years of California personal injury litigation experience required
- Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures and deadlines required
- Experience with discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation
- Experience with Filevine or similar case management software
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume caseload
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Must be available to work during California business hours
