We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Personal Assistant who can operate with initiative, speed, and ownership.
This is not a passive assistant role where you wait for instructions all day.
You should naturally:

* help move projects forward without constant supervision
You will support both:
* operational/business tasks
* creative and brand-related projects
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, content, communication, and helping a fast-moving founder stay focused.

This role can include:
* Managing schedules and reminders
* Following up with tea
* Organizing files, documents, and dashboards
* Updating trackers and workflows
* Drafting
* Social media support
* Canva graphics and content formatting
* Uploading and organizing content
* Research and AI-assisted problem solving
* Coordinating projects and keeping tasks moving
* Supporting hiring and onboarding
* Keeping CRM/contact records organized
* Helping maintain operational clarity across the business
You may work on:
