The Role
As our Part-Time Bookkeeper/CPA, you’ll work closely with our internal bookkeeper and leadership team to manage QuickBooks, oversee payroll, and provide actionable financial insights. This role is designed for someone who can make a significant impact in just 10 hours a week by streamlining workflows and delivering clear, accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
QuickBooks Management: Maintain accurate records, handle reconciliations, and oversee daily and weekly transactions.
Payroll & Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and client billing.
Financial Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly statements to give leadership a clear overview of our financial performance.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the internal bookkeeper to refine processes and maximize efficiency.
Strategic Financial Insight: Go beyond bookkeeping to identify trends, interpret data, and offer actionable recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For
Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Or equivalent expertise in high-level accounting.
QuickBooks Proficiency: Strong experience with payroll, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
Analytical Thinker: Ability to provide financial insights that influence business strategy.
Efficiency-Focused: Skilled at prioritizing high-value tasks within a 10-hour weekly schedule.
Team-Oriented: Ready to work collaboratively with internal and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Hours
Hourly Rate: $7–$10, depending on qualifications and experience.
Part-Time Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week with flexibility to suit your availability.
