We’re a performance marketing agency running paid social ads for DTC brands in supplements, beauty, and lifestyle. We create high-volume Meta and TikTok ad creatives that scale.
We’re looking for a video editor who understands direct response marketing — not just someone who can make videos look nice.
What You’ll Do:
Edit UGC-style ads for Meta and TikTok
Create multiple hook variations and ad versions
Add captions, sound design, motion, and pacing optimized for conversions
Source B-roll from stock sites, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Ad Library, etc.
Generate AI footage using tools like Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Flow, or Sora
Mix creator footage, sourced clips, and AI visuals into polished ad creatives
Work closely with media buyers to improve performance
Requirements:
Experience editing DTC or UGC ads
Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok ad style
Fast editor in Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci
Experience sourcing B-roll and inspiration references
Familiar with AI video tools
Good internet and async communication
Organized and reliable
Bonus Points:
Supplement or beauty brand experience
Motion graphics / After Effects
Experience with AI avatars or character consistency
Understanding of creative testing frameworks
