JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled video editor who understands how to create high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

This is not just basic editing, we need someone who understands what makes a video convert.

What you’ll be working on:

Editing short-form videos using B-roll footage we provide
Adding music, captions, pacing, and effects to make the content engaging and scroll-stopping
Editing 60-second UGC videos and turning them into strong ad creatives
Optimizing videos specifically for paid ads on Meta

What we’re looking for:

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
Experience creating ads, not just content
Good sense of pacing, hooks, and retention
Basic understanding of what works in paid advertising
Ability to write or improve simple ad copy / on-screen text
Someone who can take raw footage and turn it into a polished, high-converting video

Important:
This role is not for media buying or ad management.
Your job is to create great ad creatives using the content we provide.

Bonus if you have:

Experience with DTC brands or e-commerce
Understanding of UGC-style ads
Examples of ads you’ve created before
