About Us

Mogul Brand is a luxury streetwear brand rooted in culture, storytelling, and bold creative direction. We are looking for an experienced Meta/TikTok media buyer who understands fashion, ecommerce, and performance marketing at a high level.
This is NOT a basic dropshipping role. We need someone who understands how to scale a real brand through creative strategy, paid ads, and customer psychology.

Responsibilities

Manage and scale Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
Launch and optimize TikTok ads
Test creatives, hooks, and audiences daily
Build profitable customer acquisition systems
Improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Analyze ad performance and provide reporting
Collaborate on creative strategy and campaign concepts
Assist with scaling product launches and restocks
Retarget website visitors and customers
Identify winning creatives and scaling opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience running ads for fashion/apparel brands
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Experience scaling ecommerce brands
Understanding of creative testing frameworks
Familiarity with Shopify
Ability to read and analyze KPIs
Strong communication skills
Experience with TikTok-style creatives preferred
Must provide case studies or proof of results
