Performance Creative Specialist

We're a growing DTC wellness brand. We're building a team of performance creatives and looking for a specialist who understands that great ads are built on insight, not aesthetics.

What you'll do

Produce static ad creatives using AI tools.
Copywriting for ad copy, hooks, headlines, prompts.
Develop new creative concepts and hooks to test against control
Interpret and execute briefs built around proven creative frameworks
Source native-style visual references from Facebook Ad Library and Reddit
Iterate on winning creatives, reframe hooks, refresh angles, extend what's working


What we need from you

Fluent English (written — copy quality is non-negotiable)
Proven DTC brand experience on Meta (show us real work)
Strong copywriting instincts — hooks, body copy, CTAs
Proficiency in: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Nanobanana (image gen), Canva
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Team player — we work within shared systems and frameworks
Proactive mindset — you improve your skills and bring new ideas without being asked
