We’re on the hunt for a Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller) to help us connect with potential clients in the Collections industry. If you’re confident on the phone, have perfect English with no accent, and love striking up conversations, keep reading!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling potential clients, introducing our services, and sparking interest.
- Booking meetings with key decision-makers—no pushy sales, just setting up the call.
- Logging calls, responses, and follow-ups in ZoHo CRM.
- Tweaking and improving outreach strategies based on what’s working.
What You Need:
- Fluent, American-accented English – Professional, clear, and easy to understand.
- Strong internet connection & quiet workspace – No background noise or dropped calls.
- Confident & engaging – You can keep conversations flowing and handle objections.
- Organized & detail-oriented – You stay on top of follow-ups and track progress.
- Experience with cold calling tools is a plus! (If you have software recommendations, even better!)
Phone call interviews are required.

This is a part-time role (4 hours a day) with the potential to grow into full-time (8 hours). Performance-based bonuses are available for those who bring results!
