Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Lead to oversee payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and manage employee payroll-related inquiries. This role involves monitoring payroll processes, conducting weekly meetings with technicians regarding their pay, handling escalations, and providing financial updates in company meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct weekly meetings with technicians to review their pay and address concerns.
Handle escalations related to payroll discrepancies or employee concerns.
Provide monthly financial updates during company-wide meetings.

Requirements (Qualifications May Vary):
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes as needed.
Prior experience in HR, virtual assistance, or administrative roles is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
