Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist proficient in ADP software to manage and execute our payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees using ADP software, maintain and update payroll records, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, address payroll-related inquiries, generate reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience in the U.S. market, preferably in the hotel industry, with demonstrated proficiency in ADP software; strong understanding of payroll principles and tax regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; effective communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; HR experience is a plus.
