Prepares and calculates company's monthly payroll sheets
Reviews Monthly Internal Reconciliation of Clients
Supervises Payroll Disbursement to the employees and Sends Payslips to each employee
Prepares and processes Tax Annualization of employees
Prepares BIR 2316 Forms for the resigned employees
Distributes BIR 2316 to employees
Prepares and processes the monthly government remittances (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH) of the employees
Performs general payroll tasks
Answers employees’ or clients’ payroll or general concerns, including simple HR concerns
Communicate with clients about the whole operational implementation of the payroll service
Continuously Improves payroll processes and general performance
Other Payroll-related Tasks necessary

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or any similar field
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Staff, or any similar role
Hands-on experience with Manual Payroll Computation or any Payroll System
Knowledgeable in Labor Law/DOLE and other Payroll related matters
Thorough attention to detail
Willing to learn
Ability to work independently
