We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative & Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, payroll processes, employee records, and administrative operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and company records
Review, verify, and reconcile employee labor hours
Pull, analyze, and prepare sales reports using Toast POS
Review and reconcile employee tips
Process and audit payroll information through ADP Workforce Now
Assist with employee onboarding and administrative tasks within ADP
Handle and investigate credit card chargebacks through Toast and American Express platforms
Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
Provide general office and administrative support
Send onboarding documents and company forms using DocuSign
Update employee handbook documents and internal records as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
Experience with payroll processing and payroll auditing
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
Experience using Toast POS is preferred
Experience handling chargebacks and payment disputes is an advantage
Knowledge of DocuSign and electronic document management
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
