We are looking for a reliable tea
Your responsibilities:
Managing PayPal chargebacks and disputes
Preparing and submitting evidence for PayPal cases
Responding to customer
Handling WhatsApp customer support
Helping resolve customer issues quickly to prevent disputes and chargebacks
Requirements:
Previous experience with PayPal disputes/chargebacks is required
Experience working with e-commerce brands is a big advantage
Strong written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
