Position: Pavement Inspector
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Excellent computer skills and a strong command of digital tools.
- Extensive familiarity with pavement engineering and pavement condition index analysis (PCI).
- Flexible working hours adjusted to the Los Angeles, California time zone.
Job Description:
Digital Inspections:
- Utilize our digital platform to review a high resolution map of pavement and concrete assets.
- Identify and record material distresses and deterioration.
Assessment & Analysis:
- Carefully examine each image to detect signs of distress, wear, or damage.
- Document all specific issues or defects identified during the inspection.
Repair Planning:
- Develop comprehensive repair plans addressing all identified issues.
- Outline recommended repair actions, and necessary maintenance tasks.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each property.
- Communicate all findings and repair plans effectively with the maintenance and operations teams.
