Partnership Development Officer - job post

Location: Pampanga (Field Work & Remote)
Compensation: Performance-Based Commission + Bonuses + Expense Reimbursement

Futurd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Partnership Development Officer to help expand the Ubriq Powerbank Rental Network across Pampanga.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, negotiating partnerships, solving problems, and helping grow an innovative technology startup.

What You'll Do

Identify and approach potential partner venues
Present and pitch Ubriq powerbank rental solutions
Negotiate partnership agreements with venue owners and managers
Coordinate kiosk installations at approved locations
Brief venue staff on basic kiosk operations and customer support
Maintain and update a partnership pipeline
Submit regular activity and pipeline reports
Build long-term relationships with venue partners
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and capable of managing multiple prospects
Willing to travel for meetings and installations
Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management is a plus
Startup mindset and willingness to help grow a fast-moving business
Compensation
This position is 100% performance-based.
There is:

No fixed salary
No hourly pay
No minimum guarantee
Instead, compensation is earned through successful partner activations.

An activation is achieved when:

A partnership agreement is signed
A kiosk is installed and operational
Venue staff have been trained
The venue completes its first paying customer rental
Additional Incentives
