Partner Accounts Manager (Bookkeeping + Operations)

About Us
We're an arbitrage sports-betting company. We place bets across many sportsbooks and manage funded betting accounts on behalf of our partners, optimizing how money moves across platforms and banking channels. We run lean and use AI tools heavily in our day-to-day.

The Role

You'll be the person who keeps money moving the right way. Using our in-house AI-assisted console, you'll watch every partner's accounts, tell partners exactly where to move funds, flag accounts our team isn't using, and make sure capital keeps cycling back to the company. A lot of your messages to partners are drafted by AI — your job is to review them, get them right, and send.

What You'll Do

Work daily in our internal dashboard to track each partner's balances and account activity
Tell partners what to do with their money — which books to open, where to deposit, what to withdraw — and confirm the moves happened
Review and send AI-drafted partner messages (you approve everyone before it goes out)
Flag idle or unused accounts to the team so funds get redeployed
Make sure money is cycling back to us, not sitting still
Prepare and send weekly financial updates to partners
Keep transaction records accurate, categorized, and reconciled
Handle all financial information with strict confidentiality

What We're Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related (required)
Solid grasp of the basic accounting cycle
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work — you've used them to write, summarize, or speed up tasks
Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, conditional formatting, dashboards)
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication — you'll message partners often
Knowledgeable about sports
Comfortable with a flexible schedule

Nice to Have

Experience with sports-betting or sportsbook accounting/operations
Interest in personal finance, investing, and wealth-building
Experience managing multiple client accounts and reporting
