Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Webflow Developer to join our marketing and web team. In this role, you will help design, build, update, and maintain WISK.ai’s public-facing website, landing pages, and campaign pages in Webflow.

You will work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas, campaigns, and design mockups into polished, responsive, and conversion-focused web experiences.

We’re a team that actively uses AI tools to work faster and smarter. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI for content, design ideas, code support, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, update, and maintain WISK.ai’s marketing website and landing pages in Webflow.
- Translate Figma or similar design mockups into fully responsive Webflow pages.
- Manage Webflow CMS collections, templates, and dynamic content.
- Implement animations, interactions, and micro-transitions to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, and A/B tests.
- Optimize pages for SEO, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Relume, Midjourney, or similar tools to support content creation, ideation, and development workflows.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components.
- Integrate third-party tools and scripts such as HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics, Segment, or similar platforms.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience.
- Strong Webflow portfolio required.
- Deep familiarity with Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions, and publishing workflows.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Experience translating Figma or Adobe XD designs into Webflow builds.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom code when needed.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization in Webflow.
- Experience using AI tools in your development, design, or creative workflow.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean design and great UX.
- Ability to attend weekly tea ---------- etings during EDT business hours.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering for web copy, visuals, or structured content.
- Experience with Webflow Apps, Webflow Logic, or Webflow Memberships.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
- Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Background or interest in SaaS, hospitality, restaurants, or food and beverage.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
- Basic experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
