Design Engineer - Modular Homes - Part time

Php 25,000 per month

Mod Hauz is looking for an experienced engineer with significant experience in Modular housing, specifically steel frame houses. If you have shipping container home experience that would be an added bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- Experience with designing engineering plans in Australia is a must.
- At least 2 years work experience

Your duties include:
- Design engineering & structural plans for residential homes ranging from studio flats up to 3 Bedder Houses.
- Specify materials and systems for steel and timber framing residential houses.
- Computing basic wind loads for roofing structural design.
- Creating engineering drawings for existing models
- Working with the in-house architectural team on custom engineering designs
- Studying and mastering the Australian engineering standards
- working diligently within our online project management platform
- creating 5 to 10 minute weekly video reports for your (Manila) manager
