I’m looking to fill the position of a Ghostwriter cum Executive Assistant to work directly with my CEO. This role involves researching, organizing, and writing content, as well as handling key communication and coordination tasks.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Attending calls (or listening to recordings) and turning notes into written content for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters.
- Researching and organizing relevant material for the CEO’s books.
- Project-managing all written content and related calls.
Role Details:
- Remote, part-time
- 5 hours/day, Monday–Friday
- $500/month + bonus
- Must be available for daily meetings at 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM EST (Mon–Fri); remaining hours are flexible.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience ghostwriting and publishing LinkedIn content for executives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience researching and preparing material for business books.
- A background in a software company, startup, or digital marketing agency.
- A personal history of writing and publishing content on LinkedIn.
