Part-time Experienced CPA or Sr. Accountant w/tax knowledge

We’re looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Senior Accountant w/tax knowledge to join our team! If you have experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking along with BOI reporting we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Tax Preparation & Compliance
Prepare and file US tax returns, including 1040 (individual), 1120 (corporate), and 1065 (partnership) tax returns.
Ensure clients remain compliant with tax laws while maximizing deductions and tax-saving opportunities.
Stay up to date with IRS regulations and tax law changes and credits.
Assist with tax-related financial tasks and reporting as needed.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze business cash flow and create strategies for improving financial stability.
Assist clients in budgeting and forecasting to support growth and financial planning.
Job Costing (Real Estate)
Client Advisory & Support
Must be fluent and natural English speaking

Bookkeeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate financial records, including transaction categorization and reconciliations.
Work closely with business owners to understand their financial needs and offer practical solutions.
Provide guidance on tax-saving strategies, entity structuring, and financial best practices.
Assist with financial clean-up and bookkeeping reviews.
Ensure all financial records comply with regulatory standards.
Identify areas for financial process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For
*Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Experienced Senior Accountant
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in tax preparation, financial reporting, and cash flow management
* Knowledgeable in 1040, 1120, and 1065 tax returns (willing to learn)
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning
* Experience working with QuickBooks (Current ProAdvisor Certification Required)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple clients
* Experience working with TaxDome software (optional)
* Fluent and natural English speaking (Required)
* Available to work US hours (eastern time required)
