Part-Time Tech VA / WordPress & Mobile App Support

I am looking for a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented technical VA who can help me manage my digital ecosystem on a part-time basis. You will keep my systems running smoothly, troubleshoot tech glitches, manage integrations, and assist with mobile app deployment.

WordPress Maintenance: Monitor, update, and troubleshoot website issues, plugins, and themes.

Analytics Tracking: Set up, configure, and extract metrics using Google Analytics (GA4) me track to help me track KPIs across my funnel and website including landing page visits, checkout page visits, attendance rate and completion rate, as well as finding out where my leads are coming from.

Integrations & Automations: Connect and maintain workflows between Wordpress, Constant Contact, and ---------- .
Solve any glitches (especially during a launch) or make changes that would take me a long time because it is not my specialty, but which will hopefully be easy for you!

App Store Deployment: Help set up developer accounts and prepare my existing mobile app for approval in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

General Tech Support: Act as the go-to troubleshooter when any tool in my tech stack glitches.

Experience setting up or maintaining shops on social media platforms is a bonus but not required.

This work could be on a case-by-case basis, or more regular part-time work if we find that your services are useful to me on an on-going basis. I will pay $7 (US) per hour.

I require fast communication, good problem solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision, although I am always available for questions or clarification if the task is not clear. I want the tech running smoothly so I never have to think about it, but I want clear communication so I know what's being done, how long it should take, and what the status is.

I work with moms and babies and I want my tech to work smoothly for me and my members so I can concentrate on those human connections <3
