We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in software engineering, database development, and process automation to support the continued development of our internal project management system.
This is an opportunity to work on a growing system that integrates project management, reporting, scheduling, dashboards, KPIs, and operational workflows for a construction company. You'll work directly with our lead developer and help build, improve, and maintain the system.
Part-time (10–20 hours per week). Potential to transition into a full-time role
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining internal databases
Build and improve dashboards and KPI reporting systems
Automate processes and workflows
Organize and manage company data
Collaborate closely with our lead developer on system enhancements
Troubleshoot and improve existing tools and processes
Qualifications:
Experience with database development and management
Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and systems thinking
Experience with data organization and process automation
Experience building dashboards and reports
Excel automation and VBA experience is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
Nice to Have:
Experience with project management systems
Experience integrating business processes into software solutions
Knowledge of reporting and KPI visualization
