Part-Time Real Estate Photo Editor - QA (Photoshop & Lightroom)

About Us

We are a growing real estate media company focused on delivering high-quality real estate photography and video content for real estate agents and brokers. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time photo editor to help with quality control and touch-up edits for real estate photography projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong Photoshop & Lightroom skills, understands real estate photography, and takes pride in producing clean, polished images.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to review completed real estate photo edits and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed. Delivery will be expected to be uploaded by the end of your shift.

Tasks may include:

* Minor photo touch-ups and quality control
* Object removals
* Wire/cable removal
* Debris cleanup
* Yard/lawn cleanup
* AI Generative Fill edits
* Color correction adjustments
* Straightening and image cleanup
* Lot line additions
* Occasionally clearing or staging rooms digitally
* Ensuring all delivered images meet company quality standards

Please note:
You will NOT be responsible for HDR blending or full editing from scratch. The main focus is quality checking and touch-up work.

Requirements

* Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop
* Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom
* Experience using AI Generative Fill tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Good understanding of real estate photography
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently
* Ability to follow editing guidelines and maintain consistency

Preferred Experience

* Previous real estate photography editing experience
* Familiarity with luxury real estate image standards
* Experience working with U.S.-based real estate media companies

Workload & Hours

* Part-time position
* Approximately 8–10 hours per week to start
* Expect around 2–3 jobs per day (sometimes less)
* Opportunity for increased hours as the company grows
