About Acclai
Acclai
About This Role — Please Read Carefully
We believe in being straightforward about what this job is, what it could become, and what we can honestly promise. Please read this section before applying.
This role begins as a defined project: converting approximately 40 corporate safety training PowerPoint presentations into professional video modules for a U.S. safety consulting client — in both English and many in Spanish.
We are not promising this is a permanent full-time position. What we can honestly commit to is this:
A genuine intention to grow this into an ongoing part-time relationship as new client projects come in
Fair, consistent pay with performance-based increases — not a one-time gig rate
We are building a production team, not filling a temporary slot. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with Acclai
About the Project
Our client has a library of 40 corporate safety training PowerPoint presentations. Each will be converted into a professional English video module and a matching Spanish version.
For each video, Acclai
English PowerPoint slides
English AI voiceover audio
Spanish AI voiceover audio
Approved Spanish text translations for all slides
Premiere Pro project template
Dropbox folder structure and file naming guide
Google Sheet project tracker
You will deliver:
Completed English Premiere Pro timeline
Completed Spanish Premiere Pro timeline
Spanish PowerPoint file with approved translations placed into slides
Updated Google Sheet status report
We handle final video exports on our end. You upload project files to Dropbox.
Note: All Spanish translations are provided to you pre-approved. You are placing approved text into slides — not translating. Do not alter the approved Spanish text.
Main Responsibilities
Build English training video timelines in Premiere Pro using provided slides and voiceover
Build Spanish training video timelines using provided Spanish slides and Spanish voiceover
Replace English slide text with approved Spanish translations in PowerPoint
Follow the provided Premiere Pro template exactly
Follow Dropbox folder and file naming conventions exactly
Update the Google Sheet tracker after each work session
Send a brief end-of-shift update after every session
Work Schedule
This is a part-time role at approximately 24 hours per week.
We strongly prefer candidates who work 4–5 hours daily rather than 8-hour block sessions. This work requires sustained attention to detail — long single sessions increase the risk of errors in file naming, slide accuracy, and timeline organization. Shorter daily sessions keep the work sharp and give both of us better visibility into progress.
Compensation
Pay range: $525 USD per month, depending on Premiere Pro skill, PowerPoint accuracy, English communication, and overall experience.
The compensation structure works as follows:
60-day trial period: $525/month — real production work, real pay
Post-trial confirmed rate: $550/month — awarded after a successful 60-day review
At the end of every work session, send a short update:
What I completed today
Problems or questions
Goal for next session
Hours worked
Files uploaded to Dropbox
Good communication is required. If you get stuck, ask. Do not disappear.
This May Not Be a Good Fit If...
You need creative freedom — this work is process-driven and repetitive
You need guaranteed full-time hours from day one
You dislike detailed file organization and naming conventions
You disappear when stuck rather than asking a clear question
You need constant instruction rather than working from a provided template
