JOB OVERVIEW

Part Time Offshore Administrative Assistant — Remote (Offshore) — 20+ hrs/week
We’re a Toronto based Christian non-profit hiring a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support broadcast scheduling and general admin remotely. Approx. 20 hours/week (flexible; may include occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends). Starting pay CA$5.00/hr (increases based on performance). Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities
• Create, maintain, and distribute broadcast schedules for TV and radio stations.
• Coordinate confirmations, changes, and follow-ups with station contacts.
• Liaise with internal admin staff to align program needs and timelines.
• Manage email correspondence, track deadlines, and maintain shared calendars.
• Prepare routine documents, memos, and broadcast instructions.
• Maintain records of confirmations, invoices, and communications.
• Flag scheduling conflicts and propose solutions; escalate when necessary.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven administrative experience (remote experience preferred).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
• Proficient with email and common office tools.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Professional, responsive communication style; ability to work independently.
• Able to handle and keep confidential information securely.
