Part Time - Moonlight/Virtual Academic Assistant (Psychology Background Required) - Daytime PH Hours

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Academic Assistant to support undergraduate-level coursework. This role involves attending live online classes, tracking assignments, assisting with academic coordination, and supporting course logistics.

Candidates MUST have a degree in psychology or a related field (e.g., a B.A., B.S., M.S., and/or PhD) and be comfortable participating in academic environments.

Responsibilities
— Attend scheduled online undergraduate classes (live sessions)
— Take organized notes and track key deadlines
— Monitor course announcements and assignment postings
— Assist with research coordination when needed
— Communicate clearly regarding coursework requirements
— Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
— Be available during European class hours (which fall during da ---------- in Philippine time)

Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferred) or related field
— Advanced degree (MA/PhD) strongly preferred but not required
— Strong written English skills
— Reliable high-speed internet connection
— Comfortable attending live Zoom/online classes
— Extremely dependable and punctual
— Detail-oriented and organized
— Prior VA or academic support experience is a plus

Work Schedule
— European-based class schedule
— Daytime to afternoon shifts (Philippine time)
— Estimated hours vary based on course schedule

Compensation
— $5/hour
