JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: project-based to start, with the option to grow to full-time within 2 months based on performance

We're hiring a Learning Experience Designer / Instructional Designer to help us build highly creative, behavior-changing digital learning products across a wide range of industries. This is not your average ID role—your work must go beyond content organization and information delivery. We're looking for someone who knows how to design for transformation, not just deliver information.

If you’ve created scroll-stopping, binge-worthy learning experiences that have driven real behavior change—this role is for you.

ABOUT US
About Audacious Labs

Audacious Labs is a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating behavior-changing digital learning experiences. Most commonly, our clients are creating courses that allow them to scale their expertise and impact more people. Our clients are selling B2B and B2C and skew towards business professionals. We have a done-for-you service where clients have us design, build, and market their entire project, and are in the process of creating our own courses that teach our unique behavior change model. We do not work with clients who are "gurus" all of our clients use science-backed, tested methods for their insights.

A couple examples:
1. A leading applied behavioral economist who works with Fortune 50 companies to apply behavioral economics to their businesses, author of 3 books and leading podcaster
2. Expert in early childhood education in multilingual settings who is building out online courses for early childhood educators (0-5 years of age) who are teaching in multilingual settings.
3. Psychologist whose work focuses on couples and who is creating online learning experiences to help couples have healthier relationships.
4. Our own courses - teaching course creators how to build digital learning experiences that use proven behavior change methods, thus allowing the products they create to be truly useful and deliver on the promise of the expert.
5. Gamified cyber security course that is launching in the US - we are responsible for the marketing activities for the US GTM.

In just one year, we've experienced significant growth, and we're committed to helping our clients achieve their own audacious goals. As we continue to scale, we need a brilliant individual to help us respond to this increasing demand by creating best-in-class digital learning experiences.
