Part-Time Laravel & Flutter Developer for Demandium Installation & Customization

Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)
Compensation: $450/month
Work Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM PST, Los Angeles time)
Availability: Must be reachable during work hours via call by the Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Laravel & Flutter developer to install, configure, and customize the Demandium – Multi Provider On-Demand Handyman & Home Service App to fit our business model. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel (backend) and Flutter (mobile apps) and be capable of modifying and enhancing the software as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure the Demandium software (Admin Panel, Provider App, Customer App, and Delivery App).
Set up the backend on a server (Laravel-based).
Deploy and maintain the mobile apps (Flutter) on iOS and Android.
Customize and modify the software to align with our business requirements.
Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and other third-party services as needed.
Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Be available for calls and direct reporting to the Marketing Manager during work hours.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Laravel experience (backend customization & API development).
Flutter expertise (for app modifications and deployment).
Database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Server configuration (cPanel, VPS, AWS).
Experience with customizing Codecanyon scripts or similar pre-built solutions.
Proven ability to modify and enhance existing software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience installing, modifying, and customizing Demandium or similar software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to deliver quality modifications and updates on time.
