We are looking for a **part-time, multi-skilled professional** to support our growing business with a variety of digital marketing, web, and systems responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Digital Marketing**

* Manage and optimize SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve rankings and visibility
* Plan, execute, and monitor SEM and Google Ads campaigns
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

* **Website & Content Management**

* Maintain and update our WordPress website (Divi theme experience required)
* Create new page layouts, landing pages, and optimize user experience
* Ensure website performance, uptime, and security best practices

* **Systems Operations & Management**

* Oversee day-to-day digital systems and tools (CRM, email marketing, project management software, etc.)
* Coordinate integrations and troubleshoot technical issues
* Document processes and recommend improvements for efficiency

* **Graphic Design & Branding**

* Design marketing assets (social media graphics, web banners, email visuals, PDFs, etc.)
* Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms
* Collaborate on creative ideas for campaigns and promotions

* **Additional Plus**

* Knowledge of Spanish (preferred but not required)
* Ability to assist with occasional content localization or translation
* Familiarity with social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

#### **Qualifications**

* Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and WordPress (Divi)
* Strong grasp of Google & Meta Ads, Analytics, and reporting tools
* Hands-on experience with system operations or digital tool management
* Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
* Good written and verbal communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
