Part-Time Graphic Designer & Content Creator (20 hrs/week) | Long-Term Position

About Us

We are The Wisconsin Cheese Company, a growing U.S.-based e-commerce food brand specializing in premium Wisconsin cheese, snack products, and gift boxes. We are currently going through a complete rebrand with new packaging, photography, and marketing materials, and we're looking for a talented designer to help bring the brand to life.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys creating clean, premium, modern designs—not generic templates.

What You'll Create

You'll work directly with our Marketing Director to create a wide variety of graphics and marketing materials, including:


Email marketing graphics

Facebook & Instagram posts
Website banners and promotional images
Digital advertisements
Retail store posters and signage
In-store displays and flyers
Product launch graphics
Basic video editing for social media (Reels, Stories, short-form content)
Holiday campaigns and seasonal promotions

No two days are exactly the same, which keeps the work fun and creative.

What We're Looking For

We care much more about creativity, communication, and reliability than years of experience.

You might be a great fit if you:

Have strong graphic design skills and a good eye for layout and typography.
Can create modern, premium-looking designs.
Are comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly.
Can manage deadlines and communicate proactively.
Have basic video editing abilities for short social media content.
Can think creatively and contribute ideas—not just follow instructions.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is required.

## Important Note

We are looking for an original, creative designer who can produce authentic work. While basic AI tools can be helpful for brainstorming, **we are not looking for someone who relies heavily on AI-generated graphics or templates.**

The majority of your work should be created through your own design skills, creativity, and attention to detail. We value originality and want our brand to feel genuine, premium, and unique.

If your portfolio consists primarily of AI-generated artwork or heavily AI-assisted designs, this position is probably not the right fit.

Work Schedule
Part-time: 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Must overlap with U.S. business hours for at least 2-3 hours each weekday for communication and revisions.

Compensation
$7.00 USD per hour
Approximately $280 USD every two weeks
Long-term, stable position with opportunity for additional hours as our company grows.
