Remote | Part-Time | U.S. Hours

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to help manage and improve our marketing systems.

This role is focused on GHL, automations, funnels, CRM management, and Instantly email campaigns. We're looking for someone who can build systems, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly.

*What You'll Do

**GoHighLevel
Create and manage subaccounts
Build funnels and landing pages
Create and optimize workflows
Manage pipelines, forms, calendars, and CRM
Deploy and update snapshots
**Automation
Build lead nurturing and follow-up sequences
Create email and SMS automations
Troubleshoot workflows and CRM issues
Set up integrations using Zapier, Make, and webhooks
**Instantly & Email Systems
Set up and manage Instantly campaigns
Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Monitor email deliverability
Build and optimize email sequences
**Additional Tasks
Connect Shopify and other tools to GHL
Support campaign launches
Help improve lead flow and customer journeys

Requirements
? 5+ yrs GoHighLevel experience
? Excellent Communication Skills
? Experience with workflows, automations, funnels, and CRM management
? Expert level in using Instantly or similar cold email tools
? Understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
? Familiar with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and integrations
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Can work independently
? Available for part-time work with some U.S. hours overlap

Nice to Have
? Shopify experience
? Meta Ads or Google Ads experience
? AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, N8N)
? Basic SEO knowledge
