Part-Time E-Commerce Manager

Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram/Facebook Shops
10–20 hrs/week | Potential for Full-Time

We’re a growing publishing business looking for a part-time E-Commerce Manager with hands-on experience in Shopify and social commerce (TikTok Shop, IG/FB Shops). This role can grow into a full-time position as the business expands.

What You’ll Do:

Improve and manage our Shopify store
Set up and manage TikTok Shop (including affiliate program)
Integrate Facebook and Instagram Shops via ----------
Sync product catalogs across platforms
Optimize product listings and checkout flow
Test and troubleshoot purchasing and fulfillment
Learn and implement Bookvault POD (training provided)
Create clear SOPs and documentation

Future Responsibilities (as we grow):

Develop strategies to increase sales across channels
Recruit and manage TikTok creators
Plan promotions and bundles
Launch and manage new stores/brands
Coordinate with suppliers and monitor performance
Train and oversee additional tea ---------- mbers if needed

Requirements:

Proven experience with Shopify and social selling tools
Familiar with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate setup
Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Shop integrations
Experience managing product catalog syncing
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Strategic thinking around pricing, promotions, and conversions

Nice to Have:

Experience recruiting TikTok creators
Canva or Photoshop skills for product creatives
Familiarity with POD tools (Printful, Lulu, Bookvault)
Background in paid ads or email campaigns
